What happens to my solar panels during typhoons?
Properly installed panels withstand typhoon winds. We use proven mounting systems and follow strict installation standards. For signal #5 typhoons, our modular batteries can be quickly disconnected and brought inside or to higher ground — protecting your investment from flooding.
What if there's flooding in my area?
That's why we design for quick evacuation. Your battery has quick-release connectors — just unplug and carry it to safety. Most of our batteries weigh under 25kg, easy enough to grab when you need to evacuate. Your panels stay mounted, but your expensive battery comes with you.
I work from home — which system do I need?
For remote work, we recommend the Family Home package at minimum — it keeps your laptop, WiFi router, lights, and fan running during brownouts. If you're on video calls all day and need aircon, go for Full Power. Never miss a client meeting because of a brownout again.
Can I expand my system later?
Absolutely. Start with a basic system for essential needs, then upgrade as your needs grow. All our components are designed for scalability — no wasted investment.
How long do batteries last?
